Q2. How many people will there be in the Nottingham TEFL classroom course?
A: There is a maximum class capacity of 20 and a minimum of 4 people per classroom.

Q3. Do you need previous teaching experience to be a TEFL teacher?
You do not need any previous teaching experience to do teach English as a foreign language. However, if you have any previous teaching experience, it will look excellent alongside your TEFL qualification on your CV!
Q4. Will there be breaks during the weekend classroom course?
A: You will have some 10-15 minute breaks throughout the day for tea, coffee and refreshments. You will also have an hour break for lunch – there will be cafes, shops and restaurants close to the course venue to purchase lunch but you are welcome to bring your own lunch if you prefer.

Our approach

It’s hands on!   During our TEFL courses in Norwich, our experienced trainers explain and demonstrate where appropriate, but we make sure our students get involved as much as possible. The best way to learn to TEFL is to TEFL, so look forward to lesson planning, games, and taking part in activities created by other people on the course.

You will create your very own lessons and have the chance to teach your peers. The course will enable you to fully understand how to adapt your lessons to suit different age groups and English levels.
