Many English teachers have enjoyed their experiences in Korea. The key to happy and fruitful employment as a language instructor in Korea is to be employed by a reputable school and to negotiate a well-written contract before leaving home.
The positions in South Korea are based throughout the country, ranging from large cities such as Seoul and Daegu, to smaller areas such as Iksan and Mokpo; positions come up as and when schools require teachers so locations do tend to vary.

3.) A scanned copy of either your teaching certificate or a reference
4.) A scanned copy of your degree
Before you can be promoted, it is imperative that you apply for a Basic Disclosure via www.disclosurescotland.co.uk , or a police check if you are not a UK citizen (FBI Check in America). This will cost £25, and take 2 weeks to process. It may be done online. All countries require this, so without it, you cannot begin your teaching role.
